PostingNinja grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension solely for your personal or business automation purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• Interfere with website operations

3. User Responsibilities

The only exception is, if and when the Extension doesn't work as it should and we cannot fix it within 36 hours from your report of the bug.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time. Certain provisions will survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Extension will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

PostingNinja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past month.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PostingNinja against any claims arising from your misuse of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
